### Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge?
In https://github.com/apache/iceberg-rust/pull/960 we introduced a feature of adding existing parquet files in `FastAppendAction`, but currently it's not checking parquet file schema compatibility.

Checking parquet file schema compatibility.
