[JXTemplate] conter for 

Hi:

What is the name of the counter of the items in the <jx:forEach> In
velocity it is: $velocityCounter:

http://jakarta.apache.org/velocity/user-guide.html#Loops

but I don't know his name in <jx:forEach>

Please help.

I remember a posting from Chris about this. IIRC he said that it is not
possible today but by using jx:macros there should be a way ... I
searched the archives but haven't found the posting.
