Docs to Move/Write in the wiki

i've been migrating any "general" SOLAR docs i can find in CNET's wiki to
the SOLR wiki... If anyone with access to the CNET wiki has an "requests"
for documents to be migrated (or sections of less general documents)
please let me know.

Even if you don't have access to CNET's wiki, let me know what topics you
think aren't documented very well in the SOLR wiki yet, if i can find
something in CNET's wiki that's close i'll do that first, if not i'll make
a quick stup for it containing any "tribal knowledge" i have on the topic.

+1, I didn't like the way that document was structured.

Putting the XML format in the "Collection Building" topic makes it a little
hard to find.
Should we factor that out into its own topic?

Sorts:
lucene query; field1 asc, field2 desc;

_val_ for function query (not sure if we want to document that)

range and prefix query use constant score variety (but that's a
semantic diff, not a syntax diff).

The XML for add/commit/delete were documnted in "Collection
Building" which I imported. The XML format for search results is fairly
self documenting i think ... but yeah, we should write something.

That's really just more detail on the q param of the StandardHandler
right? there's nothing special in the SolrQueryParser is there?

Off the top of my head:
 - Query Parameters for the standard query handler (nothing in the CNET wiki)
 - XML format (nothing in the CNET wiki)
 - query syntax (differences from stock Lucene, specifying sort
options. Some of this might be in the CNET wiki)
