Trying to get Cocoon to work with WebSphere

When I changed the method of loading the configuration
file for CocoonServlet, it started "working".

However, now we have an issue with finding the resources
by the URI.

When I go to http://localhost/, I get

description The requested URI "/" was not found.

When I go to http://localhost/welcome the
path info is "null//welcome" and the
request-uri is "/welcome".
