Web Console Look and Feel

Hello all:

I'm weird in that I can't really concentrate much on functionality until a
web app looks presentable.

To that end, here's the color scheme and general layout I've been working on
for the web interface.

It's kind of a play on colors in the apache feather gone horribly awry.
Feedback is naturally welcome.
