TUSCANY-2463 - Provide capability for handling attribute extensions to standard SCA elements in composite file

Hey Greg

   I was looking into the patch you provided for TUSCANY-2463 [1] and
would like to check if you have any tests to validate the new
functionality as I'd like to prototype a way to provide the attribute
extension using the existing model extension
