Gavin, revisiting this issue, would Tim and me as admins for this box
be sufficient from your point of view? If so, how would we go about
getting a new box up and running, simply creating a JIRA issue?

Hi Guys,

Hudson-win VM has been created, and Windows 2008 Server 64 bit installed. I
have a few initial setup tasks to perform, should be ready later on
today/tonight.
