Here is a next patch to improve general structure of OPEN interfaces:
- cleans a bunch of outdated/unused APIs;
- makes more consistent naming of APIs and unifies primitive types in signatures;
- adds open/vm_ee.h intended to replace old jit_intf.h and jit_import.h;
The patch was ready for commit when 639267 arrived, so now needs resolving conflicts.
Further steps I have in mind:
- get rid of temporary open/vm_interface.h (implies restructuring remained parts of open/vm.h etc)
- remove vmcore/include from Jitrino's compilation dependencies (i.e. move jit_export* etc to OPEN)
- fix documentation scripts to reflect new structure
- a huge space for improving documentation quality will be open...
