Gavin commented on INFRA-2749:
------------------------------
Probably due to the http proxypass to the backend, is there a specific problem your having?
> The WSDL at https://issues.apache.org/jira/rpc/soap/jirasoapservice-v2?wsdl refers to http://issues.apache.org/jira/rpc/soap/jirasoapservice-v2

> It should refer to https://issues.apache.org/jira/rpc/soap/jirasoapservice-v2 (note the HTTPS) so that dumb ws clients (SOAPpy, I'm looking at you) don't crash and burn.
> Currently, http://issues.apache.org/jira/rpc/soap/jirasoapservice-v2 sends a 302, which is right, but see above.
