1.3 new_features_2_0.html?

I found there's
httpd-docs-1.3/htdocs/manual/new_features_2_0.html
It isn't updated for a while so I guess it was added to 1.3
by mistake.  Could you cvs remove it?

The problem is it is actually being referenced from the httpd.apache.org
main page.  Someone needs to remove that first.
