Axis2 - Client refactoring

Hi all;

At XML 2006 conference we (Glen and I )through the JIRA list and Axis2 code base. There we commented on few JIRAs as well as we fixed few of them  :) . In the mean time while we are going through the code we found that we need to do small refactoring into our client side specially to operationClients , actually we create a JIRA too. I would like to fix them before our next release , since its very straightforward and useful (make the code more cleaner) , so what do you guys think about that ???

Hi Ajith;
 - Convert OperationClient into an AbstractClass
 - Move common code in both inout and outin operations to new class
called TwoChannelAxisOperation
 - Move common code in operationclients to the abstract class
