Can you ask your question in a different way? It's tough to tell what
you are actually asking.

Tomcat's "native" library source distribution includes some Java code,
most of which is totally irrelevant, even if up-to-date. Future native
source releases will have less (or zero) Java code in them. There is
work being done right now to clean that all up.

For the most part, any version of tcnative will work with any version
of Tomcat: there should be no danger of using the latest version of
tcnative with and reasonably-recent version of Tomcat (don't even ask
about Tomcat 3, 4, or 5.0). If you are on the latest patch release of
any supported version of Tomcat (currently, that's Tomcat 6.0.36 or
Tomcat 7.0.37), then you will be able to use the current version of
tcnative (currently 1.1.27).
