After upgrading from 1.8.0 to 1.8.2 the ant property task spikes to 50s when
using a 28MB properties file.

        <property file="SeeAttachedFilename.rmf"/>

property: finishedMon Nov 28 14:57:23 PST 2011 (50838ms).

In ant 1.8.0 it took subsecond time.

Oops.  The bad one was 1.8.0 not 1.8.2:
