Ambari resets proxy hosts/group settings for HDFS, Oozie and WebHCat back to include only Ambari managed servers/services (non-managed ones are removed).

Steps to re-create:
1. Update a config, HDFS hadoop.proxyuser.HTTP.hosts for example and add in additional hosts (ones not managed by ambari)
2. Add a new HS2 instance to the cluster
3. Compare settings, Ambari removed what you set in #1 and the next restart will push those out
