[I] Retire custom JSON parsers [jena]
afs opened a new issue, #4338:

Jena has some had basic JSON parsing - it is legacy. Some of it isn't used. It is only for small JSON files.
It can be replaced with a 3rd party parser. GSON is main JSON parser used in Jena. It can map to Jena JSON classes so replacing the custom parsers with a GSON can be done without also needing code changes in the places that use current code to happen in coordination.
