    Resolution: Invalid

This was caused most probably due to the errors in Sandesha module.
The latest Sandesha module does not seem to have such problems

I don't see such a problem in the current code base. Do you add a handler to a global phase from your module. If you do so it is natural that this handler get invoked for all requests on the server. If that is your problem add the handler to a user defined phase
