[jira] [Created] (SPARK-8804) order of UTF8String is wrong if
there is any non-ascii character in it
Davies Liu created SPARK-8804:
---------------------------------
Summary: order of UTF8String is wrong if there is any non-ascii character in it
Key: SPARK-8804
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-8804
Project: Spark
Issue Type: Bug
Components: SQL
Affects Versions: 1.4.0
Reporter: Davies Liu
Assignee: Davies Liu
Priority: Blocker
We compare the UTF8String byte by byte, but byte in JVM is signed, it should be compared as unsigned.
