By default, azure log analytics set the TimeGenerated column with the time the reporting is injected. 

From the cluster dashboard perspective, this default behavior should change to collect the time of metrics collected in each cluster node.

According to this reference([https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/platform/data-collector-api#request-headers]), patch is needed to set TimeGenerated field by our Reporting task.

In short, this behavior change requires that headers include '*TimeGenerated*'.
