   @kaxil reworked to docs only as discussed: reverted the scheduler change and its tests, updated the `use_job_schedule` description in `config.yml` to say asset-triggered runs stop as well, and switched `closes` to `related` so #62929 stays open for the dev-environment use case. Could you take another look?
