The admin web app is not running even after it is deployed according to the 
instructions in the faq misc. category. The error message is : The requested 
service (org/apache/commons/modeler/Registry) is not currently available. How 
can a jar file is not shipped with a binary release of tomcat? Please resolve 
it quickly and reply me via my mail id.

The file is in the binary downloads (zip and.exe) and a on a clean install works
for me without errors.

It looks like you haven't installed it correctly. Not sure what you might have
done wrong but please ask for help with this on the users mailing list since
bugzilla is not a support forum.
