Tomcat Seesion Expiry.

Hi..

I am using Tomcat 3.2 and I have set the Session Inactive Time as 20 minutes.
Can anyone tell me properly what tasks Tomcat will perform after expiry of inactive time.
How can i catch thse tasks, so that i can force tomcat to do some Finalising jobs for my application.
