   IMHO, the nature of this issue is how many sub-repositories there will be,
   and how many sub-repository can be linked with the main repository. Maybe
   you can refer to other Apache projects for a rough range of numbers.
   
   The key of what we do is to facilitate use for the end user. However, if
   main repository can't link any more, it will be against the purpose of this
   project.
   
   Reference only for your PMCs, Look forward to the further discussion.
