NTLM Authentication Fails
Summary: NTLM Authentication Fails
Product: Commons
Version: 2.0 Alpha 3
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: Major
Priority: Other
Component: HttpClient
AssignedTo: adrian@ephox.com
ReportedBy: adrian@ephox.com
CC: commons-httpclient-dev@jakarta.apache.org
NTLM Authentication requires multiple request/responses for the authentication
to succeed. Since HttpMethodBase is now using just the host, port and realm to
identify whether or not authentication has been attempted the second pass for
NTLM authentication is never performed.
