Consistent Test failures on fresh machine on master: TestExampleQueries.testTextPartitions

I'm was trying to run a clean build on a brand new Linux machine and I've
gotten two consecutive failures on TestExampleQueries.testTextPartitions().

Are others running this successfully? On Linux? On a fresh machine?
