   **Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.**
   Add a method Extracts the week of a given temporal array as an array of integers.
   For [datafusion](https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/issues/1896) 
   will implement 
   `week` :week number starting from 1 in the year.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   put the logic in datafusion
