AOO 4 - Portugal Translation

Hi,
I have a few more doubts that came up while reviewing the details. I 
hope someone can help.

File: helpcontent2/source/text/sbasic/shared.po
Localizations: 03020405.xhp#par_id3150361.30.help.text
Position markers
MsgBox FileAttr(#iNumber, 1 ),0,"Access mode"
Can #iNumber be translated to #Númeroi?

Randomize [Number]
Is Randomize [Number] a function? Can it be translated to Tornar 
aleatório [Número] (or TornarAleatório [Número])?
Maybe the translation that was made from Rand() to Aleatório()should be 
preserved here?

DefErr Statement [Runtime]
Can DefErr Statement [Runtime] be translated to Instrução DefErr 
[EmExecução]?

Some XML tags have a text translated, which Pootle marks as error. What 
should I do here, keep the original or keep the translation?
Ex: <node id="020202" title="Toolbars">, translated to <node id="020202" 
title="Barras de ferramentas">

I also mark every change I make in Pootle with a comment: "Changed".
Is this enough for future AOO releases to include the changes or should 
I post a comment in the corresponding issue (Bz 121816) and change it's 
status?

Calc function names are translated, Basic function names are not. More 
comments below, but you should take this as a guideline.

All of these are from Basic (see "sbasic" in the file name). So, no 
translation of the function name. If you wish, you probably can 
translate the parameters, like "Number" or "Runtime", that are probably 
placeholders, but it doesn't harm to leave them in English.

It is OK to translate them as long as this convention is followed 
throughout your Help files.

You should open a new issue like "Translation update for Portuguese (pt) 
post-4.0", and assign it to jsc. There you should mention if after 4.0 
(including the last days before release, when the pt translation had 
already been downloaded) you changed in Pootle the pt strings for the 
UI, the Help or both.
