Hi Dennis, can you explain what are you trying to achieve?

The Import/ directory in SVN is just legacy/old stuff we imported when we moved Jena from SourceForge to Apache SVN repository:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/jena/Import/Jena-SVN/Scratch/CJD/Jena2OWLRL/

You can find the current Jena modules here:
