   `linkis-module` has failed `scala-compile-first` since bb26ad363 (#5456) and 047ebde76 (#5457):
   
   - `ServerConfiguration.scala` references `LinkisModuleErrorCodeSummary.CRYPT_KEY_INSECURE`, which was never added to the enum → `not found: value CRYPT_KEY_INSECURE`
   - `SecurityFilter.scala` uses `CommonVars` without importing it → `not found: value CommonVars`
   
   This PR adds the missing enum constant (`11036`) and the missing import. Nothing else is changed.
   
   Note for follow-up (not addressed here): with compilation fixed, `ServerConfigurationTest` and `SecurityFilterTest.ignoreTimeoutSignalDefaultsTest` fail with `ExceptionInInitializerError` because #5456 makes `ServerConfiguration` fail closed when `wds.linkis.crypt.key` is unset, and the test `linkis.properties` does not set one.
