Need to change JavaBeanHelperWriter to write element TypeDesc objects if the 
element is within a sequence.  (Actually, the code should be changed to always 
write MetaData....)

The BeanSerializer needs to be examined to make sure that it respects the 
ordering of the TypeDesc objects.
