[PR] NIFI-14300 Remove Bouncy Castle references from NiFi Registry [nifi]

   # Summary
   
   [NIFI-14300](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-14300) Removes unused and unnecessary references to Bouncy Castle libraries from NiFi Registry.
   
   These references include historical checking for unlimited cryptographic policy with `CryptoUtils`, which is no longer necessary on modern Java versions. Other references include the unused `KeystoreUtils` class, an integration test class, and exclusions that were required for the older `jdk15on` version of Bouncy Castle through JGit, but which no longer apply to current versions of JGit.
