In the pom.xml file, I put some info about developers which contains Chineses characters and set the pom.xml file as "UTF-8" encoding. In the same time, I config the maven site plugin "outputEncoding" parameter as "UTF-8", but when I use "mvn site:site" to generate the site, the developer info in team-list.html is wrong encoded and I cannot get the right info in Firefox. But the Chinese characters in the apt files are right encoded.
