[ADDON] tomcat.nsi for Nullsoft 2.0

Hi,

The new version (still beta) has nice UI interface, and cause of bz2 is
almost 1M less in size.

How it looks can be seen at:

Exact, I tried to remake with alpha7 and got :

MakeNSIS v2.0a7 - Copyright 1999-2002 Nullsoft, Inc.

Portions Copyright (C) 1995-1998 Jean-loup Gailly and Mark Adler (zlib).
Includes portions derived from bzip2 (see documentation for details).

Every other week, I upgrade to the latest nightly (there's a CVS build 
on the website). alpha 7 is waaay out of date.

BTW, which version should be used, from alpha0 to alpha7, they're all 
tagged from the same day

Tomcat 5 is using a NSIS 2 nightly. I don't plan to backport that 
(little functional improvement, so why bother ?).
