API functions - clarification

Hi all,

I'm working on Airavata API functions and found some parameters/
functionalities of some functions unclear. What are the intended
functionality of following?

ExperimentModelUtil.createComputationResourceScheduling : Parameters?
queueName, projectAccount

userConfigurationData.setAiravataAutoSchedule(false) : Functionality?

userConfigurationData.setOverrideManualScheduledParams(false) :
Functionality?

computeResourceDescription.getBatchQueues() : What are batch queues?
