With issue STANBOL-27 fixed is not necessary any more to install dependencies manually, therefore the files *.sh and directories lib and ext can be deleted from kres.

Resolution: Fixed
The directories lib and ext are not necessary any more. Now the owlapi, owl-link and hermit artifcat are installed normally, so lib and ext can be deleted. The same for the two sh files (install and heavyinstall), they are not necessary.
