[NOTICE] The Aria Tosca Podling has been retired

All,

Please be advised that based on votes occurring on the dev list, private
list and general list the Aria Tosca podling has been retired.

Source code will remain available in a read only fashion.
Mailing lists will be shut down in a few days, archives to remain available.
