   @andrewmlim, yes, I agree -- it can remain visible, but disabled (unselectable) as it is a potential option, just not in the app's current configuration. It should be styled the same in both locations so it's clear that it's unavailable. I believe we should be adding `cursor: not-allowed` to disabled elements as well.
