	at org.apache.axis2.transport.http.util.RESTUtil.invokeAxisEngine(RESTUtil.java:135)

Problem 
RESTUTIL.java contains hardcoded call to Axis-1.4 AxisEngine(ConfigurationContext)

Suggested workaround

Code org.apache.axis2.transport.http.util.RESTUtil to instantiate AxisEngine by using reflection rather than hardcoded
new AxisEngine(ConfigurationContext)
