XSLT utility templates

Hi Lenya developers,

I recently committed a stylesheet containing a string utility template
from the O'Reilly XSLT cookbook (search-and-replace):

lenya/xslt/util/string-functions.xsl

I suggest to keep utility templates generic and add them to this
or similar utility stylesheets.

Yeah, It's an excellent reference. I used it to develop some date
parsing routines for my site (that i might put on the net someday)...
