Erich Schubert closed BATIK-1130.
---------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

Removing the maven cache and redownloading helped. Apparently a Maven error.

> When I try upgrading my projects from Batik 1.7 to Batik 1.8, I run into the problem that the class
> org.w3c.dom.Window
> is not found.
> Judging from the sources, it is supposed to be in batik-ext, but that jar is empty for 1.8 on Maven.
> The Debian package of that extension does appear to include this interface?!?
> This appears to break all animation/bridge based functionality.
