todo:
- clarify {{Fullscreen}} in code and documenation
- replace hardcoded strings in code by constants and add docu
- update documentation
- clean up default config.xml https://github.com/apache/cordova-osx/blob/master/bin/templates/project/__PROJECT_NAME__/config.xml
