Hi Justin,
Thanks for your vote, we will rename the DISCLAIMER file later.
Compiling and building with source code requires a local Gradle
version of 7.0 or higher, which is the reason for the build failure.

Hi,
+1 (binding)
Before graduation it is expected to make a release with the standard DISCLAIMER not the DISCLAIMER-WIP.
I checked:
- incubating in name
- signature and key correct
- DISCLAIMER exists
- LICENSE still needs work if standard disclaimer was used
- NOTICE is fine
- All source files have ASF header
- No unexpected binary files
I did try to install but run into an error, I assume this is my setup or that I’m using an unsupported platform OSX?
* Where:
Build file '/Users/justinmclean/ApacheEventMesh/apache-eventmesh-1.8.0-incubating-src/build.gradle' line: 121
* What went wrong:
Could not compile build file '/Users/justinmclean/ApacheEventMesh/apache-eventmesh-1.8.0-incubating-src/build.gradle'.
> startup failed:
build file '/Users/justinmclean/ApacheEventMesh/apache-eventmesh-1.8.0-incubating-src/build.gradle': 121: unexpected token: ) @ line 121, column 105.
dist/lib").list()).orElseGet(() -> new S
Kind Regards,
Justin
