Based on comments in TEZ-2673, currently, it is not possible to debug container launch failures for a given task attempt. 

This may need a couple of fixes:
    - log enough information to timeline to link an attempt to a container that it was assigned to
    - tag the attempt failure reason to a container launch failure
    - allow the user to navigate to the container logs from the UI for a launch failure ( this will not have syslog_attempt_* logs ).
