FYI Maven RC4 Released

Let's go to it and then follow through to the 1.0 sticking there for
some time.  This was realeased this morning at around 10:30 sometime.

Thanks for getting the word out... I don't think it has even hit the 
mirrors yet :)

Good luck - there's a bug or two in xdoc which are worth it on the site 
side.
