[messenger] complete DTD available

For those who like DTDs to validate their XML documents, I've patched the
messenger.dtd file to contain all known properties and flags to configure
JMS conections, sessions, producers and consumers.

You can take a look at it here...

The use of this DTD is purely optional but can help catch typos and if
nothing else it documents what features are available in Messenger's XML
config file without having to resort to reading the digester code.
