Apache TinkerPop 3.3.9 Released: Gremlin Symphony #40 in G Minor

Apache TinkerPop 3.3.9 has just been released and represents the fifth
patch version on the 3.3.x line of code in 2019. It is our hope that the
cadence of these releases, which have focused heavily on driver
improvements, has been helpful in improving usage of the graph systems that
are still making their way to the 3.4.x line of code.
