Please get a version of jakarta-ant dated after 02/16/2000 and try again.

hi Ruby,
could u please help me i wrote earlier that i am not able to run Tomcat 
it does not create an endpoint at any port but loads from server.xml 
while executing startup.bat
i have JDK 1.2 with Windows NT
