(!) A patch to the testing environment has been detected. 
Re-executing against the patched versions to perform further tests. 
The console is at https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HBASE-Build/14391/console in case of problems.

> This is a naive approach! I basically replaced http:// with https:// everywhere in plaintext and source files. I'm not on an appropriate host to build this today so I will try it later, unless someone else wants to try it first.
