GUACAMOLE-345: Modify schema scripts to be compatible with PostgreSQL 8.
There were two changes necessary to achieve compatibility:
1. Name all indexes. PostgreSQL 8 does not generate names automatically. See: https://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.4/static/sql-createindex.html
2. Replace hex literals with calls to `decode()` PostgreSQL 8 does not provide hex literals (only octal). See: https://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.4/static/datatype-binary.html
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mike-jumper/incubator-guacamole-client postgres-compat
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-guacamole-client/pull/178.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
