Improved the query builder API by overloading groupBy and having methods
A few minor improvements to the query builder API. I ran into these today while building a bit more complex queries than usual and I was missing the method support for it in MetaModel.
See syntax examples.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/kaspersorensen/metamodel feature/more-fluent-group-and-having
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/metamodel/pull/131.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

Travis error seems unrelated (apparently a crashing ElasticSearch... We've also seen quite a few problems like this in DataCleaner lately, with services or the Travis image itself crashing/hanging... Maybe they're having trouble at the moment?)
