   ## Feature Request
   
   This feature is just a function with in the azure_arm driver. Lib cloud users can now delete Azure ARM public ip address resources. the ex_delete_resource() method could not be used as  `RESOURCE_API_VERSION` is too old to support the publicIpAddress resource.
